Ocean of My Body Retreat

How does food, water, land, and ritual ignite the most potent and alive version of you?

Join us for an intimate coastal retreat for women centered on restoration, ritual, nourishment, reconnection, and embodied grounding through the relationships between food, ancestral memory, ocean, land, and body.

Held at an intimate eco-resort within the Cabo Pulmo Marine Preserve, our days unfold at a gentle pace, creating space for rest, reflection, play, and adventure. Together, we will gather in healing circles, share meals, engage in cultural practices, connect with the ocean, and cultivate deeper relationships with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us.
